Refund and Cancellation Policy

Every first purchase of a paid plan — monthly or annual — comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, request a full refund within 14 days of the first charge and we will refund it to your original payment method, no questions asked. Renewal charges are covered for 14 days on annual plans; monthly renewals are refundable at our discretion.

Email hello@auradev.ai from your account email with the subject “Refund request.” Refunds are issued within 10 business days of approval; your bank may take additional time to post them.

Cancel any time online from your account settings — no call, chat, or email required. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. Cancelling does not by itself trigger a refund of the current period unless Section 1 or Section 5 applies.

The Professional plan's 14-day trial converts to a paid subscription when it ends if a payment method is on file. We send a reminder before the first charge. Cancel during the trial and you will never be charged.

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts. At checkout, we ask for your express consent to begin providing the digital service immediately and your acknowledgment that you lose the withdrawal right once performance begins — where you give that consent, our contractual 14-day money-back guarantee (Section 1) still applies. Where you do not, the statutory right applies in full.

Paid plans renew automatically at the then-current price for the same billing period until cancelled. The price, period, renewal terms, and cancellation method are shown before purchase and require your affirmative consent, consistent with the Terms of Service Section 5.

If we change the price of your plan, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before it takes effect — before your next renewal — so you can cancel first if you choose.
